Zach started his ALKU career as an Intern at the Durham Training Center and instantly made a significant impact on the Billing team. Since day one, he has been determined to make ALKU a better place. Throughout the years, Zach has done a tremendous job creating new teams and processes to make the Account Manager’s job more efficient. Flash forward seven years, and now Zach oversees five teams and countless processes. Zach is incredibly dedicated and hardworking, and always has the sales team’s best interest in mind. He has become a pro in the staffing industry and is someone everyone at ALKU can count on.
Zach exemplifies ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture every day. His hard work and passion are contagious to everyone around him, regardless of what team he is on. Additionally, Zach has won management awards, and his team has won Corporate Group of the Year!
In Zach’s new role, he will continue to oversee the Client Services, Post Sales, Contracts, Government Contracts, and Major Accounts teams. On top of that, he will continue to be the liaison between ALKU’s clients and Account Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

It’s hard to believe that there was a time at ALKU before Zach and his team. Since Zach started in 2016, he has been so crucial in helping the Revenue team break down doors for new clients and grow our existing clients. When Zach first started, he was a one-man show (Walt helping, of course too), and now fast forward to today, he has a team of 16 under him. Zach really is one of the most patient people I’ve ever met. I mean, dealing with Account Managers on a daily basis isn’t easy!
