Zachary Caterino Promoted to Sales Manager, Medical Device EVS

Since starting his ALKU career in July 2021, Zachary has been instrumental in the growth of Medical Device EVS. Within just three years, he has achieved an impressive spread high, made Founder’s Club multiple times, and has been named 2023’s Medical Device Account Manager of the Year. With his ability to relate to and motivate his coworkers, he has been operating and leading as a manager for over an entire year because of his natural willingness to step in, teach, coach, and produce alongside his peers. Zachary never hesitates to put the work in to see the results, and his drive and hard work motivate those around him to learn from his insights and experiences.

Zachary is a cornerstone of Medical Device EVS’ energetic culture. From riding in the Rodman Ride for Kids, to supporting the wins of his teammates and coworkers, he always takes advantage of an opportunity to celebrate his team’s success. Thanks to his authenticity and ability to connect with all kinds of people, Zachary has an incredibly strong track record when building relationships and developing clients the right way. His determination is impossible to ignore, and without his guidance and production, Medical Device EVS would not be the successful and flourishing group it is today. In his new role, Zachary will be responsible for overseeing and managing the growth and development of the Medical Device EVS Recruiting team. He will use his expertise to strategize efficient momentum while supporting and developing the team’s future leaders.
