From starting as an ALKU Intern at our Durham Training Center, to coming on full-time as a Medical Device Account Manager in 2022, Will has always been someone who gives 110% when it comes to leading by example and supporting those around him. After finding great success as an Account Manager, he always knew that he wanted to spend his career helping others find their stride as he did. For that reason, Will joined ALKU’s Virtual Training Center world in the summer of 2024 to run his own VTC and develop new sales employees. Through his experience as an ALKU Intern, as well as being an Account Manager for two years, Will has been the perfect person to create a strong company culture within his VTC while also developing the future of ALKU’s salespeople.
With his incredible sales skills and passion for ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture, Will actively ensures that his employees are not just a good culture fit for the company, but that they have the drive to learn how to be successful in their roles. His hard work and dedication in the last six months have not gone unnoticed and are evident in the work his Interns and eventual full-time hires produce. Along with being an incredible leader, Will has mastered bringing fun into the workplace, ensuring his people are constantly uplifting one another and making the most out of their day. As a VTC Sales Manager, Will will ensure ALKU Interns adopt the best practices within our sales process and begin their career in the best position possible. He will train them, listen to their calls, hold them accountable, and teach them next-level sales skills to set them up as the next generation of ALKU salespeople. Congratulations, Will! We can’t wait to see all you accomplish in this new role!
“I remember visiting UNH years ago, and Will always stuck out to me as someone who not only would ask really good questions to better himself, but also someone who had a fun infectious personality with a great sense of humor. Both traits are incredibly important and are two of the reasons why you are going to crush it in your new role as a VTC Sales Manager! Will has really taken it upon himself to work with our Interns to ensure they are not only good salespeople, but also wise businesspeople. One of the reasons Will is so successful in this role is because he does not just care about the production of his VTC, he also cares about the people that make up his TC. He does a really good job getting to the know the Interns on a personal level and truly caring about them as people. You are going to go very far here, Will! This is just the beginning!! Congrats, my man!!” – Senior Manager, VTC Sales, Chris Drake
“Early on, I knew Will would be an impact player. His ability to build rapport with our Interns and find ways to make our sales process understandable is a real asset. Since joining our group, he has taken on every chance to speak up and assert himself as a leader. Usually, people want to sit back and get their feet wet before giving direction, but Will has wasted no time stepping up. He is truly someone we can set on a path and watch him tackle anything that comes his way. I am beyond thrilled to not only see his progress thus far, but what he will accomplish for our Sales training with this 2025 launch class! Congratulations on a well-deserved promotion, Will!” – Senior Manager, Virtual Training Centers, Taylor Trumphour
“BIG CONGRATS to the young Mr. Will ‘Staffing is the new Family Business’ Sabatino on his promotion to VTC Manager!! When Will joined the TC team, he was a ball of energy, ready and willing to do whatever he was asked to do. His warmth, friendliness, and ability to connect with people, have enabled him to not only quickly build relationships on the team, but also with his Interns. When you are working with Will, you know he is someone who cares about you and how he can help you. Whether he is coaching an Intern through objections, or helping his Manager with a project, you know he is present and focused on the task ahead. In his short time with the TCs, Will has already had a massive impact on our Sales Internship Program and the talent and production coming from it. I am extremely excited to see how Will continues to grow in his new role and continue to be an impact player not only for the TC world, but for all ALKU. Congratulations, Will! Well deserved!” – Senior Director, Training Centers, Andrew Regan
