Tim Lysaught

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Tim started his ALKU career in 2016 as a Healthcare IT Recruiter, recruiting on Cerner and Epic contract opportunities. Today, he oversees all Recruiting strategies and efforts of ALKU’s Healthcare IT divisions. Tim collaborates with ALKU’s Senior Recruiting Management team while providing them with the support, advice, and strategy needed to continue growing and improving over time. 

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I Have Fun Working Hard® by celebrating each person’s success, whether it’s a big or small accomplishment. I love to stay engaged and involved with everyone, both professionally and personally. Our culture and office environment is fantastic; it’s upbeat and energetic, and we love poking fun at each other to keep it fun and light!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved is by working with as many individuals as possible. We have a growing company, and it is so much fun to meet others, hear their passions, listen to their stories, learn about them as people, and do anything I can to make a positive impact in their lives and careers!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Anyone who knows me knows that I spend all my time outside of work with my family. My wife and three kids are the absolute joy of my life, and I enjoy every moment I spend with them—going to our favorite parks and restaurants, watching movies, and just soaking it all up. I also love golfing, hanging out with friends, and watching sports. I am an avid Kansas City sports fan, so I catch all the games I can!
