Rebecca Crossley
Director, Corporate Affairs and Media RelationsRebecca started her ALKU career in 2014 as a Marketing Intern. Over the years, she has played a vital role in developing the Marketing team and building ALKU’s brand, collaborating with all departments, from desk level to executive. With her guidance, Rebecca singlehandedly grew ALKU’s Marketing group from a team of three to a growing department that consists of Community Engagement, Revenue Marketing, Communications, Events, and so much more. In addition, Rebecca has been instrumental in bringing awareness and showcasing the company’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture across all lenses and platforms. Today, Rebecca is responsible for all ALKU company messaging internally and externally, focusing on positioning the company as an industry leader and finding opportunities for us to share our story.
How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?
I Have Fun Working Hard® by not taking myself or my work too seriously. I celebrate my incredible coworkers’ success and accomplishments. They are the reason that I come to work every day.
What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is by giving back. I avidly participate in all of our ALKU Gives Back events and programs. Since I started in 2015, I have fundraised for Mass Mentoring Partnership and ran in two Boston Marathons! Additionally, I am a part of ALKU’s DE&I Team and AWE Employee Resource Group!
What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU:
Outside of ALKU, I spend time with my dogs (Lemon and Beau), friends, and family. In addition, I enjoy working out, trying new food, and traveling in my free time!
