How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

I Have Fun Working Hard® by watching my teams flourish! The most rewarding part of the job is knowing I helped set an employee up for success. There’s also nothing like a quick game of Trivia or Wordle to keep our competitive spirit alive. We are naturally a fun, rowdy bunch, so the humor we bring into situations keeps it lighthearted and fun!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is being a PARENTS ERG Leader! I have found so much fulfillment in providing a safe space for parents and hopeful parents to share experiences and discuss challenges, especially as a working parent myself. I also enjoy participating in our charitable events for Mass Mentoring Partnership (MMP). Whether biking 25 miles at the Rodman Ride, golfing a round at our annual Golf Tournament, or serving on the ALKU Scholarship Committee, you will find me ready to go!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

Outside of work, my two young children and our dog, Grizzley, do a great job keeping my husband and me busy! We love spending time together with our family and friends, hanging out at the lake, and enjoying all nature has to offer. I also support Boston sports religiously and try to catch a game whenever possible!
