Lauren Pacella

In 2012, Lauren graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and joined ALKU’s Corporate team, focusing on Personnel Services. Over the years, she has continued to develop her teams parallel to company growth and create endless opportunities for the company to support new areas. As Vice President, People Operations, Lauren oversees all aspects of Human Resources, Benefits, Marketing, Office Operations, Payroll, and Personnel Services for all seven of ALKU’s office locations. She’s also instrumental in working with ALKU’s Leadership team to develop and drive overall business initiatives and visions.

I Have Fun Working Hard® by walking around our beautiful new HQ and hanging out with all my teams!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?
My favorite way to get involved at ALKU is through ALKU Gives Back. Whether it’s running in the Falmouth Road Race or riding a bike in the Rodman Ride, I love to fundraise for our various charities through all the different opportunities ALKU provides.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?
Outside of ALKU, you can find me hanging out with my son, Jones, and my dogs, Tyson and Frankie. I also love to travel and try new restaurants!
