Kyle Ketcham

Having worked in the staffing industry since 2004, Kyle started his ALKU career in May 2018; since then, he has transformed ALKU’s Technology team into the powerhouse group it is today. Kyle is responsible for everything technology-related, covering Enterprise and Product & Engineering at ALKU. In his role, he works to provide opportunity and growth while identifying new areas within technology for expansion.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

I Have Fun Working Hard® by constantly trying to provide the best possible customer service to all ALKU employees. They work so hard every day and deserve the same when being supported!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

My favorite way to get involved at ALKU has been joining the Parents Group ERG. I also love taking advantage of our VTO opportunities; some of my favorites include Lucy’s Love Bus and giving back to the Greater Boston Food Bank!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

Outside of ALKU, I spend most of my time with my wife and daughter. I also enjoy seeking out new breweries!
