Kayla Jones

Kayla started her ALKU career in 2015 as a Recruiting Intern in ALKU’s Herndon office. A proud James Madison University graduate, she joined ALKU full-time in June 2016. As Recruiting Director, Government, Kayla oversees all of ALKU’s Government groups recruiting efforts. Constantly on the floor supporting her people, you can always find Kayla celebrating the wins and successes of those around her and blasting a deal song to keep the energy contagious!

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

I Have Fun Working Hard® by being on the floor with my teams. Anything I can do to lighten up a tough day for someone and celebrate the small and big wins with my team!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

I am a member of our AWE and ALKU Parents Employee Resource Groups. I also love participating in the Best Kids race every year in Washington, D.C. It’s incredible to see our fundraising efforts go to such a great cause!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

I am a new mom, so I spend lots of time with my son, pup, and husband! We love going on walks to local coffee shops and breweries. I also love diving into a good book, working out, and spending time with friends and family!
