As someone whose dedication and genuine nature shine through in everything they do, Sam has done an excellent job handling all of the responsibilities within her role while still serving as a fantastic mentor and leader to those around her.

From leading by example as an informative AWE ERG Leader, to being selected to run the Talent pillar’s 2024 Brannual Meeting for her expertise and Have Fun Working Hard® attitude, Sam’s incredible impact can be felt across the entire company. She never hesitates to introduce herself to new hires or unfamiliar faces, lend a helping hand to those around her, and form genuine connections to strengthen her growing relationships. In her new role, Sam will be responsible for overseeing both the Sales and Recruiting side of ALKU’s growing Internship Training team, ensuring ALKU Interns are provided with the tools needed to successfully thrive in their roles and begin their full-time careers here. Congratulations, Sam! We are so excited to see all you accomplish in this new role!

“Sammy B!!!!! The day has finally come, congratulations to THE INTERN TRAINING MANAGER! I am so happy to be writing this announcement for SUCH a well-deserved promotion. Watching your growth over the past few years has been nothing short of impressive. Seeing you balance all the responsibilities of your new role, while supporting your team, pushing new initiatives, and leading the AWE group has shown how much of a staple of ALKU you have become. Within the past few years, we’ve tasked you with being our Government representative, THEN switching to the sales side of the desk, switching you BACK to recruiting, and now overseeing it all – you have done an incredible job. Thank you for ALL that you do day in and day out (especially with all your fashion advice) and thank you for making work so much fun. Now, PLEASE remember to stop and smell the roses and remember to breathe. CONGRATS SAMMY B – YOU’VE EARNED THIS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!” – Senior Manager, Training Centers and Intern Training, Daniel Kavanagh

What’s even more impressive is how she’s able to do all of this while supporting everyone on her team, which is what makes her such a great manager. Oh, and she also always manages to keep things running smoothly while also being the most stylish person in any room! I am beyond excited to finally be able to say, CONGRATULATIONS SAM!!!!
