“I remember when Renee started, and she was so soft-spoken, sweet, and a little terrified of the phones. She has since developed into a senior, confident, and still very sweet! She is someone that we can always rely on to come in with a big smile on her face and never take herself too seriously. She is a ball of sunshine and can always turn around anyone’s day! She has become one of our most successful recruiters in Gov, always coming out on top of any hurdle or challenge. I know Finn & all of us here in Gov are so proud of her, and I am so excited to finally be able to announce her as Government’s Newest Senior Recruiter! Congrats on all your success so far, Renee. I cannot wait to see what you do next!” -Kayla Jones
“Congratulations, Renee, on your promotion to Senior Recruiter! Since starting with ALKU in the Summer of 2019, Renee quickly became the go-to recruiter for our top program at the time. Just as she excelled at the job, March of 2020 came, and everyone was sent home for the next several months. Renee did not slow down and continued to develop as a recruiter. Renee is smart; she understands the business inside and out and knows how to work well with others. She is upbeat, positive, and has a contagious smile that can change the room. Renee is poised to continue to grow herself. I am so proud of what Renee has accomplished in only three years, and I’m thrilled to have a front-row seat to what the future holds. Congratulations, Renee!” -Nate Rose
“Renee is probably the most unassuming salesperson in the office. You couldn’t tell by her constant smile that she is a staffing assassin. Within her first year, she made a name for herself as the go-to recruiter to fill all cyber jobs on one of our biggest programs. Since then, she has proven to be a reliable recruiter and coworker. She is always willing to help and provide support, whether with a war room, jumping on a call, or just laughing at someone’s corny joke. We’re excited to have her as our newest Senior Recruiter, and I’m excited to see what goals you crush next, Renee!!” – Maria Rose
“Renee is easily one of the most humble people I have had the pleasure to work with. She consistently keeps a positive attitude even when things are not going perfect and excels past adversity leading her to only success. I can’t wait to see Renee continue to be the sniper she is. Congrats to you, Renee. This is so well deserved and just the beginning of a ton of continued success!” – Samantha Collins
