ALKU is hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to drive campus recruitment and build a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates for internships and entry-level roles. You’ll expand ALKU’s presence on campuses by researching colleges, forming new connections with university staff, strengthening existing partnerships, and sourcing standout candidates to fill open positions. Help grow ALKU’s brand while shaping the future of our team across all ALKU offices!
Responsibilities
- Research colleges in New England to grow ALKU’s campus presence.
- Plan fall on-campus events and generate student leads with fellow interns.
- Promote ALKU’s Sales Internship Program through outreach calls and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with College Relationship and Recruiting Teams on key projects.
- Support administrative tasks like Handshake campaigns and reporting updates.

On-site Requirements: Hybrid, 3 days per week in our Andover, MA office
