Surprisingly I never got into podcasts. I guess I will have to put that on my things to do list. 😊

I would love to have coffee with Princess Diana and find out her thoughts of living with a royal family, creating her own path with her passion for helping others and motherhood.

What ALKU Gives Back events or programs have you participated in?
I have participated in fundraising for Mass Mentoring Partnership, Movember, Junior Achievement; the Salvation Army Toy Drive; VTO with Northeast Animal Shelter, and Wakefield Food Pantry.
Are you involved in giving back in your local community?
I volunteer my time at the Wakefield Food Pantry during the Holiday Season.
What’s your career theme song?
“She Works Hard for The Money”, it’s been a journey balancing my career and motherhood.
What app can’t you live without?
My Amazon app; according to my husband, I have a shopping problem!!
What is your favorite office lunch spot?
It was Shawsheen Diner, since it closed it is now Burton’s. If you’re going to Shawsheen their breakfast is my go-to any time of the day! When it comes to Burton’s it’s the Mediterranean Salad.
What is your go-to pick from the snack closet?
Cheez-It’s hands down!
How do you Have Fun Working Hard™?
I have fun working hard by getting to know everyone at the company and developing those relationships.
What is your biggest career advice?
My biggest career advice is to become the “go-to person” of your group. It is the best way to gain credibility with your coworkers. Know all aspects of the business, so you can help others resolve their problems as well as make your job easier!
Jeanine’s Bio:
Jeanine Morgan started her ALKU career as an Accounts Receivable Manager in 2014. At the time, she was a department of one running collections for the entire company. Today, Jeanine oversees four different groups consisting of 26 employees. During her time at ALKU, Jeanine has been a guiding force behind all back-office revenue operations. She has helped to build an organization that strategically supports the revenue function, while gaining efficiencies in billing and cash collections. Jeanine is a selfless leader whose primary focus is developing her team and their careers. Outside of her direct responsibilities, Jeanine has become a trusted leader and resource to all throughout the organization.
