Since beginning her full-time ALKU career three years ago, Lindsey has become a core component of the Medical Device RS team. Truly embodying ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® mindset, she has grown her direct reports while fostering a competitive and supportive culture amongst her coworkers. Having started as an ALKU Intern, Lindsey had an immediate positive impact, passing jobs to full-time employees and closing one of her own. Within her full-time career, she has broken into multiple accounts for Medical Device, achieving an impressive spread high. From making Founder’s Club within her first year of eligibility, to receiving a healthy in spread within her first nine months on the job, Lindsey is nothing but consistent and determined to own her path of success.
As someone always interested in giving back wherever she can, Lindsey has participated in multiple ALKU Gives Back events, including the annual Rodman Ride for Kids and Life Science Round-Up. This year, Lindsey is lacing up her sneakers and running in the 2024 Falmouth Road race, fundraising for youth mentoring through Mass Mentoring Partnership. When she’s not on the phones, you can find her attending roleplays and thinking of new ways to keep her team engaged and motivated. Lindsey is a hands-on leader who always steps up when leadership is out. She has built solid internal relationships with her team members and has successfully collaborated with all non-revenue groups. She is dependable, dedicated, and a true team player, and there’s no doubt that she will lead the Med RS Sales team to new heights of success. In her new role, Lindsey will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day responsibilities of The Med RS Sales team. Congratulations, Lindsey!
