Kristina Doucette Promoted to Senior Manager, Recruiting Strategy

Since transitioning into her role in Recruiting Strategy, Kristina has dedicated herself to making work more efficient and impactful for ALKU’s Recruiters and Recruiting Managers. Known as the go-to expert for recruiting ideas, data, and campaigns, she has significantly enhanced daily operations, including implementing company-wide contests, creating metrics-driven incentive plans, fostering vendor relationships, introducing new technology tools, and more. Kristina approaches each day with the goal of helping Recruiters grow their careers and achieve success, and her passionate determination delivers impeccable results. Her unwavering commitment has transformed ALKU’s Recruiting operations, elevating our efficiency and effectiveness across the board.

Whether it’s guiding new leaders as a Futures Program mentor, serving on the ALKU Scholarship Committee, or providing insight as an AWE Executive Sponsor, Kristina’s inspiring presence is felt across all aspects of the company. In her new role, Kristina will continue to be responsible for increasing ALKU’s recruiting productivity by creating and implementing innovative and long-term solutions, tools, and programs. She will focus on Recruiter-focused workflows, including concepts like reporting, technology and tools, marketing campaigns, and training. With this new role, Kristina will ensure that ALKU Recruiters have the means to do their jobs efficiently and that ALKU Recruiting Managers have the support they need to lead their teams.

“When Kristina made the move from the Talent world to the Revenue Strategy team, I knew that she had a big challenge to impact the recruiting side of ALKU. What I couldn’t have been prepared for was how much passion she was going to pour into every aspect of the job. Kristina comes to work every day with the mindset of helping the company and making the job of recruiting easier and more efficient. She has run multiple successful recruiting initiatives such as the Pushing P Contest, Metrics Incentive Plan, a monster Resume Dump for start-ups, and HubSpot candidates forms that have increased leads, DBAs, and placements for the company in 2024. She has relentlessly pushed for changes to Bullhorn, LinkedIn, and Tableau so that our Recruiting Managers and Recruiters have what they need to do their jobs at the highest level. When new technology, reporting, Marketing campaigns, or Revenue initiatives are being discussed, she is always making sure the recruiting side is considered and taken care of. Kristina has taken on the Recruiting Strategy role by storm, and she is the exact person we want every day exploring how to further develop Recruiters and make sure the ALKU is at the forefront of recruiting technology and process. Internally, she has become the Revenue lead for recruiting technology creation, roll-out, and adoption, and she has been critical in providing the feedback needed to make these tools run. Kristina put a focus on further developing ALKU’s vendor relationships with the tools we use daily and because of these relationships she has been able to get ALKU exclusive access to new data and technology.

On a personal note, working with KD has given me new energy. Watching her diagnose a problem, create a plan, and execute as quick as she does has made me realize there is an entirely different playbook for ‘getting s**t done’ and KD has it mastered.
