After you submit your resume, you will be contacted by an ALKU recruiter who will review your work history and experience with you. During the intake call, you can expect to learn more about our process and portfolio of clients. Less about a specific consulting opportunity, we want to get to know you and your skill set. Once a relationship has been established, your ALKU recruiter will share any immediate relevant opportunities with you. New consultants have started work with ALKU as soon as 7-10 business days.
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes both healthcare coverage and 401(k).
Our interview-to-hire process moves very quickly. Immediately following your interview, your recruiter will contact you with any initial feedback. A full synopsis of client interviews is typically available within 48 hours and is followed, in most cases, with an offer. For this reason, we remain highly specialized and focused within our practice.
Unlike most consulting firms, ALKU consultants are paid weekly.
