An ALKU all-star to his core, Daniel is one of the most caring, personable, and friendly people at ALKU. After starting his ALKU career as a Durham Training Center Intern in 2018, he launched full-time as a Pharmaceutical Recruiter. With a highly successful recruiting career and hitting a spread high, Daniel took on the challenge of bringing his skills to the Talent world when he joined the Intern Training group. Between his contagious passion and outstanding drive, he quickly helped establish processes and procedures in the Intern Training world. When Daniel was asked to step in and help the Training Center world, he immediately began doing whatever was needed to help the team. No matter the situation, Dan’s genuine relationships with every part of the organization allow him to consistently speak his mind or give a unique perspective to those he collaborates with.
It’s extremely rare to find an ALKU employee who doesn’t know and love Daniel Kavanagh. He is often described as one of the most friendly, upbeat, and genuine people in the company, making him extremely approachable and a friendly face for all employees. He is always more than willing to listen to anyone’s problems, lend a helping hand, or just hang out in his free time. Outside of his direct role, Daniel has participated in various VTO opportunities, constantly pushing for ways to give back to the community and ALKU as a whole. ALKU’s Training Center team is incredibly fortunate to have someone like him as a core member of their group and can’t wait to see all he accomplishes in this new position! In his new role, Dan will oversee the management and operation of ALKU’s Durham Training Center, along with continuing to help oversee the Intern Training world. He will play an integral role in our Internship Mentor Program, reporting, and various other Internship activities.
“Congratulations to the one and only Daniel ‘I’m sorry, don’t hate me’ Kavanagh on his promotion to Sr. TC Manager! Dan is one of those people who exudes what it means to be an ALKU employee and leader. His personality, outgoingness, and drive to work hard are evident every day you interact with him. When he joined the TC team in December, he wanted to make an immediate impact. He branched out into new areas, improved processes, and helped Durham continue to grow and innovate. Kav has done a tremendous job fitting into the TC team and finding the right balance of continuing to oversee our Intern training team. Kav’s attention to detail, passion for a quality product, and urgency to get things done make him an invaluable member of our TC team and more than deserving of promotion. Congrats, Danny Boy!!!” – Senior Director, Training Centers, Andrew Regan
