Caroline Hagan Promoted to Senior Med QA Account Manager

Caroline is a perfect example of putting the work in and trusting the ALKU process. An exceptional ALKU Intern, Caroline came on full-time in 2021 and switched from recruiting to sales, making a clear impact and closing deals immediately. With an impressive AWO, she is currently tied for the second most deals in all of Medical Device for the year. With her determination and thorough communication skills, she has broken into multiple accounts and revived old ones while remaining extremely strong in client-facing opportunities, video calls, presentations, and client visits. From day one, Caroline has always been a remarkably consistent and reliable team player, and anyone who’s had the opportunity to work with her knows it.

Outside of her role, Caroline is always helping out and fundraising in company-wide events. From participating in the Rodman Ride for Kids and Falmouth Road Race, to volunteering her time at VTO opportunities, all of Medical Device knows how positive, fun, and hard wording she is.  As a Senior Account Manager, Caroline will continue to drive business in the Medical Device industry, using client-facing opportunities to gain new business as well as continuing to foster existing relationships.
