Despite beginning as an SAP Account Manager with no previous ALKU Internship experience and the company shifting to fully remote in October 2020, Andrew hasn’t slowed down once! He learned to do his job and meet his metrics while fully remote on Zoom with his team – the true definition of trusting the process. Over the last four years, Andrew has continued to grow as a leader while running his own desk. He has broken into multiple accounts and has landed a handful of consultant projects. Thanks to his passion for growth and determination to succeed, Andrew stepped up when SAP needed him the most and continues to be a core asset to his team.
Always leading by example, Andrew is constantly on the floor, working hard while also having fun with his teammates. Having a true leader’s mindset, he keeps everything calm, cool, and collected while problem-solving to ensure his team operates most efficiently and effectively. In his new role, Andrew will oversee and manage the SAP Sales team while working with his counterpart, Kirishika, to take the group to the next level. Congratulations, Andrew! We are so excited to see all you accomplish in this new role!
“ANDY!!! Congratulations on your promotion to SAP Sales Manager!! I am so excited for you and the SAP team on these next steps! I appreciate your hard work and dedication to the job over the last four years. Many might not know this, but Andrew started back in October 2020, and two weeks later, we fully went remote. Andrew learned the job on Zoom all day with me (which not sure how he survived that to begin with) and trusted the process from day one. He has, in turn, brought in some of the bigger accounts in SAP, landing multiple consultant projects and showing that team that high bill rates do exist. Andrew is an ideal employee who consistently works hard to be better, leads by example, and always keeps a calm demeanor. From baseball All American, to SAP Sales Manager – Andrew, thank you for all you’ve done so far, and I can’t wait to see what’s next! P.S – He hates the nickname Andy.” – Sales Director, Business Applications, Erin Rossi
“ANDYYYYY!!! Who would’ve thought that all those years ago, when we had lunch in the office with the weird furniture, the quiet new hire would one day be my counterpart?! Definitely not me! (Just kidding!) From being the new AM post-COVID, to absolutely crushing it with those high bill rates in SAP (ayooo!), I am beyond pumped for you! There’s no one more deserving of becoming the SAP Sales Manager, and I couldn’t be more excited to keep growing SAP with you by my side. You stepped up when SAP needed it most, and ever since, you’ve been a force — never looking back and always pushing forward. I always knew you were a killer Account Manager, but watching you grow into the leader you are today has been unmatched. Your energy, your drive, your leadership — it’s inspiring. Everything you’ve done for this team has not gone unnoticed, and I could not have asked for a better counterpart! I am so excited to see you continue to crush it as the SAP Sales Manager! PS: Thanks for always being my ‘VP of Strategy’ for the SAP Squad — I couldn’t be prouder of you, bud! Here’s to even bigger wins ahead!” – Recruiting Manager, SAP, Kirishika Krishnarajah
“Congrats to Andrew on a well-deserved promotion!!! Since joining SAP, he has always been a standout from both gaining new business and setting the bar on closing high margin deals. He also brings such a friendly, calm, cool and collective attitude to everything he does, which has made not only Hiring Managers love him, but more importantly, his people. I know he will continue to lead by example every day and take SAP to a new level we haven’t seen yet!!!!” – Recruiting Director, Business Applications, Dan Alberico
