We are so excited to announce the opening of our new headquarters! Located at 100 Brickstone Square, Suite 400, in Andover, MA, the new building provides a 78% increase in office space from ALKU’s previous Andover office, offering 75,000 square feet across two floors, 448 workstations, and 46 offices.
With more than 60% of our Andover employees regularly in the office five days a week, a range of new features were intentionally designed to promote a positive work environment for team members to continue to grow and Have Fun Working Hard®. These upgrades include a gender-neutral bathroom, mother’s room, wellness room, intended for low stimulation and meditation, and much more! Our new headquarters also features focus rooms, designated training rooms, and expansive communal areas that include lounge-style seating to help foster collaboration. In addition to the nearly 450 workstations, the new ALKU headquarters also has an atrium for shared work to take place in different style booths.
While it takes a village to accomplish something this incredible, our new office space would not have become a reality without the aid of Senior Facilities Planning Manager, Emily Collins spearheading the project. She shared, “It has been the greatest privilege to deliver this space to the ALKrew. The intent of this design was to capture an upscale atmosphere that is conducive to our dedicated, fast-paced working style, and to showcase everyone’s incredible achievements. Every milestone, personal success, and accomplishment is built into each fiber of this office. Our in-office environment is where the magic happens, and I can’t wait to see ALKU bring this space to life!”
