From starting as a Healthcare IT Recruiter in 2021, Eddie quickly made a name for himself as he competed for placements alongside some of ALKU’s most successful Recruiters. During his tenure, he solidified himself as a strong producer in one of ALKU’s most successful brands. When our Talent team decided to open a Charlotte-focused Training Center, it was a no-brainer that Eddie would be an individual to help take this initiative to new heights. Since joining ALKU’s Talent team, Eddie has taken on immediate ownership of his role, answering questions from our Interns, providing context, and instilling best practices without hesitation. With his incredible insight and leadership skills, he has dived in headfirst – sharing every bit of knowledge he had to offer and ensuring his Interns are getting the most out of their experience. Having worked alongside some of ALKU’s most competitive Revenue producers, Eddie is more than equipped to train our future employees on how to stand out and make a true impact in their field.

Eddie’s teammates see him as an expert in his current role thanks to his successful career in practicing what he teaches them daily. Not only is he making an impact within his teams, but he is always willing to lend a hand wherever he can make a difference. From assisting ALKU’s College Relationship Development team, participating as a judge in multiple sales competitions, working late hours at career fairs, and covering for his peers when they need his assistance, Eddie is a true team player who works to bring new ideas to the table every single day. In his new role, Eddie will continue to grow our office pipeline of great ALKU Interns, giving them a concrete understanding of best practices to improve our ramp-up time. We have already seen a positive impact in our Account Management efforts under the new processes that Eddie has led, so we look forward to all the continued progress he has in store for us next year! Congratulations, Eddie! We can’t wait to see all you accomplish in this new role!

“Since Eddie joined this team, we have been incredibly engaged and diligent. He takes notes in every meeting and regularly revisits agenda items we still need to complete and has quickly become a core piece of our culture on the VTC Leadership team. His communication style coupled with his hilarious sense of humor have our team laughing throughout the day. More importantly, Eddie is always willing to help his peers. He has a selfless mindset and is regularly putting the team ahead of himself. His Interns are in great hands each day and I feel fortunate to have him in on this team! He is destined for great things here at ALKU as we continue to meet our growth plans!” – Senior Manager, Virtual Training Centers, Taylor Trumphour

“When Eddie came into the VTC world, he made a huge impact immediately. His energy in the Zoom calls is contagious to not only the Interns, but to each Manager, as well. He makes each person he interacts with want to work harder each day. As he says, he is ‘allergic to low dials, so let’s keep dialing!’ His attention to detail and energy is EXACTLY what makes him a perfect fit to be a Training Center Manager. We are beyond happy to have Eddie in the VTC world and we look forward to his continued success going into 2025! Congrats, Eddie!” – Training Center Manager, Virtual, TJ Sellers

“Congratulations to the one and only, Eddie ‘KING YETI’ Kraebel on his official promotion to VTC Manager! I am extremely excited for Eddie and couldn’t be prouder of everything he has accomplished in just half a year. Since Eddie joined the TC team, his hard work, dedication, and passion for what he does has been unmistakable. This promotion is a direct reflection of Eddie’s commitment and the impact he has already made to the TC team. Whether it is spearheading call list projects for HCIT, creating PowerPoints to simplify training, or diligently crafting Adobe Photoshop MASTERPIECES, Eddie can truly do it all. He is always willing to go the extra mile and is never afraid to do the necessary work. I have no doubt that Eddie will continue to shine in this new role and take on new challenges with the same energy and excellence he brings to everything. Congratulations, BIG ED!!!!” – Senior Director, Training Centers, Andrew Regan
