Pat and his incredible leadership skills are responsible for some of the most impressive progression stories of ALKU’s Sales Interns. Beginning his ALKU career in 2018 as an Account Manager for our Life Sciences brand, it wasn’t long before he was seen as a true force at the desk-level after acquiring countless clients. By 2020, Pat was a Senior Account Manager, generating record-breaking numbers. With his determination and relentless passion, he is known as one of the best to ever do it at ALKU. He later moved to ALKU’s Talent department, where he currently provides his expertise and insight to our future employees and leaders. An incredible trainer and expert in leading by example, Pat’s attention to detail and ability to make information more digestible have him poised for success as ALKU’s Internship Program continues to grow!
As a VTC Sales Manager, Pat will be responsible for making sure ALKU Interns adopt the best practices within our sales process and begin their career in the best position possible. Thanks to his prior experience, he will provide continued training and further develop Interns who pursue Account and Program Management. Pat has been the epitome of greatness at the desk level; his head-down, client-first mentality is what ALKU’s culture is made of, and his ability to drive our culture comes naturally to him. In his new role, Pat’s ability to drive communication with our Sales Leaders will be critical in his team’s development, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for him and our Internship Program!
“Congratulations are in order for Mr. Patrick ‘THE BOLT’ Bolton on his promotion to TC Manager!!! Since beginning at ALKU, Pat has always been a capable, confident grinder who always wants to win. Pat is one of the people you can say has truly mastered the sales desk. When Pat joined Talent, he was immediately an impact player. He helped mentor dozens of full-time ALKU Account Managers not only grow in spread, but develop as better employees and leaders. When he was approached with a Sales VTC opportunity, Pat was eager to continue to expand his ALKU brand and he embraced the opportunity. Since stepping into the VTC role, Pat has led by example, been a team player, and truly help improve the TC team. The impact he has had in the last few months has been nothing short of profound and I can’t wait to see how he continues to help the TC team and Internship Program grow and flourish. Congratulations, BIG PAT!!!! – Senior Director, Training Centers, Andrew Regan
“Pat has made the Virtual Internship Program better since the day he joined the team. He brought a willingness to learn coupled with a willingness to improve all things. His understanding of Talent’s duty within ALKU made for a quick jump start in this role. Additionally, his Interns are already quoting him at every turn and utilizing his vast knowledge to better their own careers. His care and attention to their success is EXACTLY what we need in the Training Center role. Our Sales Leaders are extremely excited to reap the benefits of Pat’s hard work in 2025 as we gear up for an incredible launch class. I am extremely pleased with the addition of Pat to our VTC Leadership team and look forward to his continued success!” – Senior Manager, Virtual Training Centers, Taylor Trumphour
“Pat!! I am so incredibly proud of the work that you have done to get to this point. I am also incredibly impressed on how well you learned how to develop AM talent. You just have a knack for teaching people how to be strong Account Managers. You clearly have a laundry list of accomplishments at ALKU, including being an expert Sales Trainer, among many others. Let me be the first to add – being our very first VTC Sales Manager to that list. I can confidently say you are in the right role and doing exactly what you should be doing. I am excited to take this group to the moon with you. We are just getting started, my friend! Congrats!” – Senior Manager, VTC Sales, Chris Drake
