Since starting his ALKU career in October 2019, Michael has quickly established himself as a standout contributor across every aspect of his role. As a desk-level manager, his ability to cultivate a reliable and highly respected team has been both impressive and impactful. With his technical accounting knowledge, he has been instrumental in creating countless processes that enhance ALKU’s operational efficiency. As the leader of a team that collaborates closely with a handful of groups, including Billing, AR, and Cash, Michael effortlessly works across departments and eagerly steps in whenever he can improve a process.

Beyond leading by example and streamlining accounting policies to keep ALKU running smoothly, Michael makes a significant cultural impact. As an active member of ALKU’s Pride ERG, he enthusiastically participates in company-wide initiatives, including fundraising efforts and running in both the Boston Marathon and Falmouth Road Race to support ALKU’s partner, Mass Mentoring Partnership.
