Lauren Morse

A University of New Hampshire graduate, Lauren started her ALKU career in 2017 as a Medical Device Recruiting Intern. Today, Lauren oversees all recruiting efforts of the Medical Device EVS and Medical Device Sciences groups. With a focus on involvement in recruiting strategy across the Medical Device brand, she is in charge of developing leaders and providing input on company strategy and problem-solving.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®?”
I Have Fun Working Hard® by being my authentic self every single day! I come into work asking myself, “How can I make a difference today?” and always have fun while doing it – that may mean (attempting) to make people laugh, bringing loud energy to the sales floor, or challenging people in a one-on-one setting. I have fun rewarding the hard work individuals around me also put in!

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?:
I love to insert myself anywhere I can at ALKU. Whether raising my hand to volunteer for a new initiative, getting involved with projects in our Corporate or Talent pillars, or attending a VTO, I always take advantage of every opportunity.

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU:
Outside of ALKU, I love to spend time with my friends and live an active lifestyle. I have a high-energy dog who keeps me busy with plenty of trail walks, hikes, and endless games of fetch. I also enjoy skiing in the winter and spending time at the beach in the summer.
