Andrew Bull

Andrew Bull started his ALKU career as the company’s very first Intern; throughout his ten years of industry experience, he has carved his way to becoming President! As President, Andrew is responsible for overall revenue operations and strategy, including the management of the other business leaders, client and consultant plans, and the execution of all operations. His efforts are focused on driving growth by ensuring that all employees have a smooth and clear career path with direction in front of them. Additionally, Andrew ensures that ALKU’s Corporate and Talent divisions have clear direction and understanding to support the Revenue divisions and their growth.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®”?

I Have Fun Working Hard® by challenging co-workers to see who can make more dials daily or hit their metrics in a given week – whoever wins the challenge gets a free lunch from the loser! 

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?

My favorite way to get involved is collaborating with different areas of the company to solve problems and create a new vision. Additionally, I enjoy taking advantage of VTO opportunities and working with our charitable partners. Giving back is at the core of ALKU, and it always feels great to get involved! 

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

Outside of ALKU, I spend time with my wife, two children, and dog, Roo. In the summer, you can find us hiking trails in the woods, at the beach, or hanging out at Lake Winni.
