ALKU is thrilled to announce that we have earned a spot on the 2023 Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work list for the 13th time! This is the second year in a row that ALKU has placed #1 in the large category!
The award is based on employee surveys from our Andover, MA. office sent out earlier this year. The survey is conducted and scored by Quantum Workplace.
The Best Places to Work list honors companies with positive work environments, leaders who inspire, and the ability to have fun while achieving success. Due to ALKU’s Have Fun Working Hard® culture, this is precisely how the ALKrew views their work environment.
The ALKrew had an incredible time attending the carnival-themed Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Celebration on June 15th at The Westin Copley Place, Boston! Over 100 members of the ALKrew attended the event! Throughout the night, there was a balloon artist, a stilt walker, and carnival games such as balloon darts and a photo booth all of which were sponsored by ALKU!
Senior Sales Director, Pharmaceutical & Government, Tarah Lovato, was a speaker at this year’s event. Tarah congratulated all of the companies that were recognized on this year’s prestigious list. She talked about how ALKU invests in the growth of our employees, which leads to ALKU’s unmatched Have Fun Working Hard® culture. Following Tarah’s speech, Recruiting Manager, Medical Device Quality, Desiree Drummond-Mayrie accepted the award on behalf of ALKU!
