Parker Phillips joined ALKU in January of 2021 as an Internal Recruiter. Since day one, he has shown his passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion both in and out of the workplace. When ALKU decided to add our first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator to the team, it was a no-brainer that Parker was perfect for this role.
James Cassin-Reed, Director of ERP Sales, has known Parker since they were in high school. The two joke that it took James nine years to convince Parker to join the ALKrew.
Soon after Parker came on board, his interest, enthusiasm, and excitement around ALKU’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives were undeniable. It was without a question that James’ long-time- coming referral would be transitioning into this new role.
