Jenn Riedl

A graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst, Jenn started her ALKU career in June 2018 as ALKU’s first-ever Human Resources Intern. As Director of Human Resources, Jenn ALKU’s oversees Employee Relations, Compliance, DE&I, Compensation, and Executive Support groups, ensuring oversight of all company goals and initiatives.

How do you “Have Fun Working Hard®?”

I Have Fun Working Hard® by getting out on the floor and into the grind with my team. Nothing builds a better camaraderie than having everyone work together as one unit, even on some of those more tedious tasks.

What is your favorite way to get involved at ALKU?:

My favorite way to get involved is through our various community volunteer opportunities. My favorite event to participate in is the Falmouth Road Race, where we raise money for Mass Mentoring Partnership (MMP). It’s a great way to work with other ALKU employees I don’t usually get to work closely with and motivate each other on the physical challenge of running a 7-mile race!

What is your day-to-day life like outside of ALKU?

I spend most of my day-to-day outside of ALKU, taking my dog Ralph out for fun adventures around Massachusetts. We love going to an excellent dog-friendly brewery!
