Erin started her ALKU career nearly four years ago as the Personnel Coordinator for the Healthcare IT groups. Throughout her time with ALKU, she has not only created but perfected Personnel Processes for Healthcare IT and mentored three back-to-back new hires to support the rapid growth of the Healthcare IT divisions.
Erin is incredibly hardworking and continuously goes above and beyond every day. The level of effort and detail that she puts into her work is truly admirable. She is always willing to give her all and help those around her with any questions or projects. She even does so with a smile.
Erin has unmatched energy and a kind heart. Outside her day-to-day role, she is a member of ALKU’s Employee Resource Groups, including State of Mind and ALKU Women Empowered. She encourages her teams to join these groups and to get involved.
In her new role, Erin will be responsible for the strategy and continued development of the Personnel Services Team, who supports the Healthcare IT groups.
