Mailee Zhou started her career at ALKU in 2014. During her employment, she has held many essential roles within the Government division. Mailee has worked hard and is now the go to person for all of ALKU’s Field Employees!
Mailee’s dedication to going above and beyond is admired by everyone around her. She is always positive and energizing her team. In 2016, she was recognized as CEO’s Choice, and she did not stop there! In fact, she organized countless Field Employee events, assisted with the BullHorn1 implementation, and built the process around the CAREs Act. Recently, she took the opportunity to dive into the commercial side of the business by overseeing the Healthcare IT Personnel Services team and expanding the Government Personnel Services team.
In Mailee’s new role, she will continue to expand Personnel Services and develop the next layer of Leadership on the Healthcare IT and Government side of the business. Her team will be an integral part of setting ALKU apart from other staffing companies.
