Shannon has been nothing short of incredible since her very first day at ALKU. Starting as an ALKU Intern during the height of COVID, Shannon didn’t hesitate to shine within her role, taking on the challenges of being fully remote with a smile. Once she joined full-time, she established herself as a go-to Recruiter early on by taking full ownership of her role and finding immediate success in sales. Knowing her strengths and taking a chance, Shannon took on the opportunity to lead the Epic Recruiting team after transitioning to ALKU’s Charlotte office. Not only has Shannon set the rookie record for Charlotte deals in 2021, but she was also responsible for leading the Epic team in deals for 2024. From crushing her metrics, leading by example, and setting a standard for everyone to follow, Shannon is a true leader in every sense.
A true staple of ALKU’s culture, Shannon constantly goes above and beyond across all company areas. A member of Charlotte’s Have Fun Working Hard® Committee, she consistently uses her intelligence and creativity to find new ways to keep the office energy up. She tackles everything from planning VTO events, to participating in office cook-offs, always motivating and challenging those around her. In her new role, Shannon will be responsible for helping manage the Epic Recruiting team. She will oversee the development and growth of Recruiters while navigating the team’s future success and taking Epic to new heights. Congratulations, Shannon!
