Since joining ALKU in 2019, Renee has been an essential member of the company, contributing to the company’s growth and development through various roles across multiple pillars. Whether helping to establish administrative processes in our Talent Pillar, or training new hires on the ALKU basics, Renee has consistently laid a strong foundation that has not gone unnoticed. In making the bold decision to transition not only departments, but also pillars, Renee pushed herself to take a brand-new opportunity. stepping into a leadership role within ALKU’s HR Department. With her detail-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, and natural passion for leadership, we are more than confident that Renee will continue to excel and inspire those around her in this new role.

Since joining ALKU’s Human Resources Department, Renee has made an immediate and lasting impact. From day one, she embraced every opportunity to grow, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to both her personal development and the success of her team. Her proactive approach, dedication to learning the complexities of HR, and ability to connect with her colleagues have solidified her reputation as a true leader. In her new role, Renee will oversee and manage the compliance, DE&I, and administrative functions of ALKU’s Human Resources Department. She will focus on aligning her team’s goals with the company’s broader strategy, ensuring maximum business support and continued growth.
